His expertise spans across Mergers & Amalgamations, Shareholders’ Agreements, Fund Raising, Corporate Structuring, SME Listing, Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, FEMA and Corporate Advisory services. He has been actively advising startups, private companies, listed entities and multinational groups on complex regulatory and transaction matters.

CS Uttara Bharadwaj specializes in Company Law Compliance, Board and Committee matters, Listing Compliance and Secretarial Compliance functions. She is actively involved in handling governance and regulatory compliance assignments for clients across various sectors.

Mr. Pratik Belani specializes in Company Law Compliance, NBFC matters and Fund Raising transactions, particularly Listed and Unlisted NCD transactions. He also handles various Secretarial and Corporate Compliance assignments.
